No piece of courage after defeating PB

Hi Alex,
I'm Hope.

Our PB run ended at around 01:55 7/23/20 server time and I got disconnected when Pink Bean was killed.
I couldn't get into the raid thereafter.
May I have my piece of courage redeemed, please? The rest have gotten theirs.

Proof of PT list and deaths are as attached in the photo.

P1 Wambo (PT ldr), burrs, marshymellow, michaeiahope(me), bigbrains (died), albae(died)

You need to be inside in order to get the piece of courage.

 

The problem was that she could not get back in after logging back in. In other bosses (e.g. HT), if you relog/dc, you can get back in even after the boss is killed, as long as someone from the party stays inside. Is this intended for PB?

 

I think you need to be present inside when the PB is killed~ when PB has 1-2 % hp left, make sure no one is dced before down it. (correct me if i'm wrong, this is what i understand so far)

p/s same like SPQ, when B3 is down and someone dc-ed, they cant come back in. (PB is more like Party Quest similar to Neo/SPQ , it's not raid as it does not need a raid rock)

 

Reward is given out by the npc and there’s nothing for you to collect. Pb works like Neo/cwk.

 

no, this is not for case like raids. it work more similar to party quest like what above said.
if you think your computer crash often or what not, it is safer to relog before down.
