Hello MapleSaga Returning player here. After redownloading the new client, I've been having alot of issues desyncing from the server. For example Kill Bigfoot, no experience given? (However, all the monster is not moving. Only Bigfoot) While i'm desync, the game still function ( Changing channel works, going to FM works but will desync/lagged out after a few minutes. People can still message ME) When i play on my girlfriend place, everything is fine and normal. Could it be bad download? Internet issue? (i doubt it)
I'm installing the raid client (Tango version) and see if this fixes the issue Previous client before (sometime in march 2020) i never had an issue with this game. Using the Raid client, still causing the same issues. Please advise if there's any solutions for this problem
This is very weird, now the server is stable again and i'm no longer having any issues. It's like it happens once in a while. (Been playing for 30mins and no issues so far) Sound like is coming from a server side? Alex, please look into this. Thank you!
I'm not sure if its the same thing we faced, but sometimes i can send chats and see chats, enter/exit maps, but cant click on any npcs. when i check my "party", it shows that i'm offline. when i relog its back to normal. perhaps you could create a party when this happens, and use it to check if you're offline or online.
That is the exact same issue i have. However, i can still move, talk and shop. However, my friends are saying i'm off. Edit: I also added maplesage.exe as an exception on my antivirus. Looks like it fixes it, i will report once i'm done playing Edit 2: still happening, see screen shot below. Not sure what is going on lol Edit 3: the only solutions i have is just quit game and reconnect the channel
I'm also having this issue. it looks like from my side sometime i'm hitting the monster, and my brother (which is beside me only) only see me standing there. Sometime, my screen just froze and takes about 15~40 sec to reload. take a look at the media below, my screen is "freezing" however, looking at my brother's computer, i still be able to move and pot occasionally (not lagging on my brother computer). it is more prominent since the new renaissance patch. prior to this i do not have any issue with the lag. this lag has been following me since then and it greatly reduced my game play (and damage output). this occurs about 1~10 times in raid depending on the intensity and length of the raid. this do not, or less frequent during afk/ not raiding time. @alex anything can be improved on this?
Game is literally unplayable now. Freezes and lags after every few minutes, getting disconnected from the server. Can't even complete regular 10 min dungeon tickets.
