Happened to me last time but I'm on mac, so I'm not sure if what I'm suggesting will help you but I guess no harm giving it a shot. Hope it helps! 1) On another account/character, type @unstuck on chatbox and key-in your details for the character that you haven't been able to log. Rationale: The reason why you can't login might be because your character did not "disconnect" thoroughly so un-stucking it helps to properly disconnect. 2) At character selection page - instead of using your mouse to double click your chosen character to login. Click ONCE on the character you want to log, then tab and enter to choose it (instead of double clicking) Following 2 solution works for me, hope it does for you too! Thank you for the tips! I use both Mac and Windows, works fine on Mac. I did try both of your suggestions with no luck. Fortunately, I was able to borrow another PC and am now able to play!
