My friend (IGN: ChipB) and I found out that whenever Bless is casted when a Bowman has Focus buff activated, Bless replaces Focus. However if Focus is casted later, Bless and Focus can coexist. I wasn't sure if the bug was the Bless replacing Focus or both of them coexisting, it's not causing any problem too big, just thought it would be nice to have things working the way they should be. PS: GMRainbow and Three (that's the IGN) helped in the process of testing the bug
Hey @papilionidae So to answer your question the skill Bless has Weapon and Magic Defense, so if you cast the skill Focus over Bless, Focus gets completely overridden. But if you cast the skill Bless over Focus the Weapon and Magic defense from Bless still remain. So this is supposed to happen.
I am not too familiar with Bless, but I assume that Bless provides Accuracy and Avoidability as well? If so, does the Accuracy and Avoidability not stack for Focus and Bless even if they coexist?
So even if I get both of their icons on the top right corner by casting Focus after Bless, I only get the benefit from Bless?
No, if you cast Focus over Bless, you get a buff to Accuracy / Avoidability (from Focus) and Weapon Defence / Magic Defence (from Bless). The Accuracy / Avoidability buffs override Focus.
So that means Bless overrides focus because they provide the same stats. Which means in order to get the best out of the two buffs I just have to cast Focus if it provides better Accuracy and Avoidability, and not cast it if it doesn't?
Yes, you should only cast Focus AFTER Bless if the Focus buff is better than the Bless Accuracy / Avoid buff.
