Hello, so i wasn't sure how to communicate with Alex or a GM since ingame no one replied to me, and there isn't a discord. I just wanted to say, I'm new and i love the server, however last night (well technically 2 days ago now) i bought a dungeon coupon. I got about 10 minutes in and just constantly DC'd I'm in China now and have since used mudfish and there aren't as many issues. Just wondering if i could get that nx refunded, or another dungeon pass? I hope it isn't too much to ask, and ill make sure next time ill do all i can to make sure my connection is stable....just ran into that huge problem yesterday... Thanks if you read this! i have the same problem after the last sever update. keep lagging in dung. can even hit. cant even pick the mesos.. i buy 24hrs dung ticket and 2xDrop. End up not even play 5hrs... so sad..
befor the last sever update. everything was okay.. now days. lag everywhere.. in HT, Neo. CWK.. all lag. last time with Raid Client i dun even dc ones.. in raid.
