Bug Mana Mage Ice/lightning

I have a problem with the blizzard skill instead of consuming the mana that is consuming me twice as much.
this lvl 10 should consume 2400 but it consumes 4800 the character is called FrostArthas

 

Are you accounting for Element amplification? (3rd job passive ability)
