Dear GM, I encounter the problem that after logging in and select character, all other characters around me are frozen and I cannot click any NPC or entering any portal. I could not receive any message from chat window or notice, but I can walk around the free market and use skill. After stuck for a while, I will be redirected to the login page with the error "unable to connect to the server". I only have this issue with this character in my account, all other characters are fine. I have tried @dispose using this character, @unstuck using other characters as well as logging in using another computer. but the problems remains. Hope you can resolve this issue for me. Hi @alex, thank you for ur prompt reply. My character is still facing the same problem. I have check the other character in this account is fine.
I tried once again. when logging in using my other characters, I found Sulwhasoo was stuck at jumping.
There's nothing I can do at this point. The fix that worked for 99% of the other Malaysian players didn't work for you, so my conclusion is that the problem is on your end (your upload is capped).
