The Missing Mechanical Parts (ludi jump quest) doesn't let me turn in the 10 mechanical parts for reward and quest complete.
It's not obvious but you can turn in the 10 Mechanical Parts by selecting the last option with the NPC. It won't bring you in, and it won't remove all your mechanical parts (as long as you have 10). It will complete the quest instead.
