There's a 2% chance of receiving a chair from the exchange quests. Theoretically, it would take an expected 5,000 exchanged items before a player can get a chair.
2%!? Dang, I've gotten lucky before. I've received the same chair 3 times with under 1k etc. Is it 2% flat rate for all quests?
