Completed quest doesn't have a Done action button

Is this normal?

 

this quest is not completed because you have yet to select an item.
after you select either nasi lemak or pepper crab, you will be having another conversation with him(?).

 

Try selecting one of the options. Not every single thing you encounter is a bug.
