    I'm on the Dimension Keys Quest
    I finished the first one and got the Key Of Prudence
    My next quest is to get 150 Overload A Radar Device & 150 Overload B Radar Device
    which both mobs are located in Neo City
    and I don't have the key to access Neo City
    How can I finish this quest???

    Neo City has many different eras. You don't need any Dimension Keys to visit any era that can be visited using the Time Portal in Tera Forest.
