IGN: Layne Client crashed while transferring between characters. When I logged back in, the storage showed items that had already been transferred and retrieved on a previous login causing them to be duped. The items I had added to storage from this character, as well as any I unequipped and placed in the cash shop from this character were missing.
This wasn't added to Resolved, you posted it in the Resolved section, which is why this issue wasn't noticed. I will look into this shortly.
