Smoke Screen not working

Hi, I think this is character specific. Smokescreen isn't working for me, ie I still get hit while in ss. This has been occurring for the last few days. Note, I am not a shadower, this happens when I am in a party with one.

EDIT: I will try uninstalling / reinstalling to see if this fixed the problem!
