    I finished the brewing storm request from Lukan, but I do not get any rewards, exp and the stormbreaker badges even do not lost.

    Yes, it reveals that I completed. When I talked with the NPC, he didn't say anything or ask me have 4 empty slots. Usually if I do not have enough slots, it would ask me, but this time nothing appear and the quest completed...
