When I first spoke to him, the book icon appeared meaning the quest was complete however I did not receive the purse. Now when I go back and speak to him, his chat box is blank. Sorry to bother you, but I have a technical issue!
All items in my Cash Shop are gone! Including NX equips, Prime Tickets, and all my maplepoints!
When I go into my cash shop, all the cash equips are gone and maplepoints show up as 0. After I exit cash shop, the game crashes and I get logged out.
Please help!~

I purchased and wore all the required nx for the medal "System Malfunction" but was not awarded the medal. I believe there's a bug. If you see below, the Dark Suit and Dark Enamel Suit do not have the "E" noted on the picture. I believe that's the difference. Once the nx is worn, my character doesn't have the "matrix" effect behind it like other characters do.

I tried 2 accounts and it didn't work, please award my medals and fix the bug. Thanks :)
