Quest chain Number 19: Dress for Kyrin NPC "Mrs. Ming Ming" does not show the quest marker. I've tried many channels and relogging. Thanks for the help @GM
Its either you have not reach the level or do the prequest which is first started at Nautilus. Find Black Bark. It should get you started.
I was following the quests by hiddenstreet bbb. There were no pre quests for this quest, but I'm going to search right now!
