Resolved how to drop or delete quest item "beginner's shopping guild"?

hi,
How to drop or delete quest item "beginner's shopping guild" which I bought it on the Cash Shop.
Anyways,it can't be dropped or sold. So, 1 inventory slots are gone. it cannot be moved to the cash inventory.
What to do?
