There's glitch when I ride mount with Shoulder

When I ride mount with wearing shoulder equip, I get dc with error message (-2147467241 error).
When I tried to ride mount without shoulder equip, I didn't get dc. pls fix this bug. thank you.

 

I second this. I equip shoulder and ride mount. After that, I get the error code and dc.
