    Creamy Orange Mushroom Soup


    - Orange Mushroom Caps [​IMG] from [​IMG] Orange Mushroom
    - [​IMG] Cream
    - [​IMG] Parsley
    - [​IMG] Flour
    -[​IMG] Salt
    - [​IMG] Pepper
    - [​IMG] Oil

    1) Use a Knife [​IMG] to slice up the Orange Mushroom Caps.
    2) Heat Oil in a pot and add the sliced Orange Mushroom Caps and Parsley to cook.
    3) Sprinkle some Flour, Salt and Pepper in and mix well.
    4) Cook the mixture for awhile while stirring occasionally until thickened.
    5) Stir in some Cream and add in more Salt and Pepper to your taste.
    6) Mix in some more Parsley and serve warm.

    Title of Recipe: Ginseng Pork Soup

    Steps & Ingredients:
    1. Prepare a meaty pig's head [​IMG] from Pig [​IMG].
    2. Prepare a bag of ginseng concentrate [​IMG] and a ginseng-boiled water [​IMG] from Ginseng Jar.[​IMG].

    3. Catch 3 firebomb to provide us a good heat to boil it up.[​IMG][​IMG][​IMG].

    4. Stir carefully with a ladle [​IMG] , for not to waste a single drop of the soup.

    Voila ! We have our tasty and nutritious Ginseng Pork Soup ready to be served. :f13::f13::f15::f15:

    Name of recipe: Dalgona candies

    • Chopstick chopstick.png (Wooden / metal would do )
    • Ladle food090.gif (Use metal ones because you will be heating it)


    1. Put sugar in a ladle, and heat the ladle on a low heat to make sugar syrup.
    2. Use a chopstick to constantly stir the caramelized sugar so that it wont get burnt.
    3. Break down all the lumps created in caramelizing process using chopstick.
    4. When all the sugar is melted, take the ladle off the heat.
    5. Use your chopstick to add one scoop of backing powder in to the ladle.
      (Adhesion from sugar on the chopstick will allow it so)
    6. Stir the mixture until the powder and sugar is thoroughly mixed.
    7. Put the ladle back on low heat for 5 seconds to make your candy rise up slightly.
      (Keep stirring)
    8. Pour the mixture on a thin sugar coated plate / baking-paper.
    9. Allow the mixture to cool and form solid candy.
    10. Pressing dalgona for different shapes are optional, do it after cooling for 30seconds.
    11. Put all used utensils inside a bowl of water for ease of cleaning.
    12. Most importantly,
    • Dalgona is bitter - Mainly due to burnt syrup or too much baking powder.
    • Dalgona is lumpy - Caramelized sugar is not completely melted or formed lumps when stirring.
    • Dalgona sticks to whatever I press on - Not enough sugar coating / dalgona was too hot when pressing.

    Name: Miko's Secret Recipe Shrimp Tempura

    1. Low Protein Flour

    2. Kampung Eggs [​IMG], from [​IMG]
    3. Shrimp [​IMG], from [​IMG]
    4. Icy Pure Water [​IMG]
    5. Oil [​IMG]

    1. Knife [​IMG]
    2. Frying Pan [​IMG]

    1. Preparing the ingredients
    i. Remove the shrimp head, then devein and peel the shell starting from the tail side.
    ii. Cut off the tip of the tail, and use the knife to scrape the dirt and water inside the tail. Sometimes, the tail might explode and splutter while frying due to the water inside if you don’t do that.
    iii. Cut some small incisions on the shrimp belly and the top side.
    iv.Place the shrimp on the chopping board, snap the prawn muscle with the finger.

    2. Make Tempura Batter
    i. Sieve the low protein flour into a mixing bowl.
    ii. Add the kampung eggs and the ice water.
    iii. Gently combine the flour with the egg and ice water. The batter is a little clumpy, which is ok and resist the temptation to stir it until homogenous.
    iv. Keep the batter sitting inside a bowl of ice to keep it at a low temperature if you do not finish using it immediately.

    3. Start Frying
    i. Coat the ingredients with some flour, then dust off the excess. The flour act as glue, so the batter will stick onto the ingredients.
    ii. Dredge the ingredients into the tempura batter.
    iii. Heat the oil to 170°C. If you drizzle some batter into the oil, it will form multiples tiny bits of crumbs that will initially sink to the bottom, bounce back to the top, and float on the surface within three seconds. If the small bits are still sunk at the bottom for more than three seconds, it means the oil is not hot enough.
    iv. Gently place the coated ingredients into the oil. Move the ingredients gently so that they do not stick together.
    v. If you want a more crunchy and thicker coating, dip your finger into the batter that we reserve earlier and drizzle it onto the ingredient. When the crispy crumbs are formed, they will float around the ingredients. Use the chopstick to push the tiny crumbs towards the ingredient to let them adhere to the surface. I do this for my shrimp.
    vi. The ingredient will turn light golden within 2 to 3 minutes. When it is done, the bubbles surround the ingredients will be less and less noisy. Also, it will float up a little more to the surface.
    vii. Remove it from the oil with a pair of chopsticks. Transfer it to a cooling rack to drain away from the excess oil.

    And now after all the process, TAADAAA, Miko's Secret Recipe Tempura is ready to serve:f15::f15::f15:

    1. 6 cups Chicken Broth [​IMG]
    2. 3 tablespoons Olive Oil [​IMG]
    3. 1 pound Portobello Mushroom [​IMG] from Orange Mushroom [​IMG], cleaned and thinly sliced
    4. 2 Shallots [​IMG] from Black Ratz [​IMG], diced
    5. 1 ½ cups Arborio Rice [​IMG] from from Retz [​IMG]
    6. ½ cup dry White Wine [​IMG]
    7. Sea Salt [​IMG] from Bone Fish [​IMG] to taste
    8. Freshly ground Black Pepper [​IMG] from to Master Death Teddy [​IMG]to taste
    9. 3 tablespoons finely chopped Chives [​IMG] from Birk [​IMG]
    10. 4 tablespoons Butter [​IMG]
    11. ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese [​IMG] from [​IMG]

    1. Sauce Pan [​IMG]
    2. Spatula [​IMG]

    • Step 1
      In a saucepan, warm the broth over low heat.

    • Step 2
      Warm 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in the mushrooms, and cook until soft, about 3 minutes. Remove mushrooms and their liquid, and set aside.

    • Step 3
      Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to skillet, and stir in the shallots. Cook 1 minute. Add rice, stirring to coat with oil, about 2 minutes. When the rice has taken on a pale, golden color, pour in wine, stirring constantly until the wine is fully absorbed. Add 1/2 cup broth to the rice, and stir until the broth is absorbed. Continue adding broth 1/2 cup at a time, stirring continuously, until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is al dente, about 15 to 20 minutes.

    • Step 4
      Remove from heat, and stir in mushrooms with their liquid, butter, chives, and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Voila! Get ready to indulge in the hot and delicious Mushroom Risotto Made with Love.

    Tools Needed:

    Step 1: Kill 10 Jr Necki with the knife and then skin them
    Step 2: Kill 1 Ginseng Jar by hitting them with the frying pan and take the ginseng boiled water
    Step 3: Kill 1 Wraith by piercing them with the fork and take the medicine with weird vibes
    Step 4: Bring the Ginseng Boiled Water to boil again, pour in all the Jr Necki skin.
    Step 5: Simmer for 2 hours
    Step 6: Before serving, pour in the Medicine with weird vibes

    Name of Recipe: EZ Pork Ramen

    Ingredient List

    A. Pork
    1. 1 Packet of Roasted Garlic and Cracked Black Pepper Tenderloin [​IMG][​IMG]

    B. Spices
    1. 4 cloves garlic [​IMG], minced
    2. 1 tsp Salt [​IMG]
    3. 1 tbsp freshly cracked black pepper [​IMG]

    C. Ramen Noodles
    1. 2 packets of dried ramen noodles (plain noodles, without spice packets) [​IMG]
    2. 4 cups of beef or chicken broth reduced salt [​IMG]
    3. 1 - 2 slices of ginger [​IMG]
    4. 2 - 3 garlic cloves [​IMG]
    5. 2 spring onions cut into large sections [​IMG]
    6. ½ tbsp chili flakes crushed red pepper [​IMG]
    7. 1 ½ tsp black peppercorns either whole or grind them in a spice mill [​IMG]
    8. 1 - 2 tbsp soy sauce add to your taste [​IMG]
    9. 115 g / 4 oz of shiitakes mushrooms sliced [​IMG]

    D. Half Boiled Eggs
    1. 2 eggs[​IMG]

    Cooking Tools
    1. Cooking Pot [​IMG]
    2. Knife [​IMG]


    A. Pork
    1. Marinate Pork - Sprinkle the pork loin with salt and pepper generously. Mix the minced garlic with 3 tbsp oil to form a paste and rub it all over the pork tenderloin. Cover and marinade for at least 1 hour - overnight
    2. Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
    3. When the oven is preheated, roast the pork tenderloin according to package instructions.
    4. Once it’s cooked, remove from the oven, cover and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.

    B. Eggs
    1. Bring a pot of water to a boil
    2. Add some salt or vinegar to the water. Lower the eggs into the water gently. To prevent the eggs from cracking, remove the pan from the heat, and lower the eggs when there is no bubbling. Once the eggs are in the pot, return it back to the stove.
    3. Reduce the heat to a simmer, and let the eggs cook for exactly 6 minutes
    4. When the 6 minutes are up, remove the eggs and place them in a bowl with iced water OR under cold running water for a few minutes.
    5. Crack and remove the egg shell carefully. Keep the eggs covered until you are ready to serve.

    C. Ramen Noodles
    1. Place all the ingredients except for the ramen noodles, mushrooms, Asian greens and chopped spring onions, in a pot.
    2. Bring the stock to a boil over medium high heat. Cover and let it simmer on medium - medium low heat for about 15 - 20 minutes.
    3. Once the pork is cooked and ready to be sliced, you can remove the garlic cloves, ginger and spring onions from the broth if you want. Add the greens and blanch quickly for 1-2 minutes in the simmering water. Remove the greens and set aside.
    4. Add the ramen noodles, and sliced shiitake mushrooms and let it simmer for 3 - 5 minutes until the noodles are done.

    D. Assembly
    1. Slice the pork tenderloin into thin slices.
    2. Divide the ramen noodles and broth into two bowls.
    3. Add the mushrooms and blanched greens over the hot broth, followed by the pork slices, soft boiled egg, cut in half and the chopped spring onions. Enjoy!

    Let's take a trip to Japan and enjoy some delicious "Bunnnie's Sushi"!

    • 6 sheets sushi seaweed aka nori [​IMG]
    • 1 batch sushi rice [​IMG]
    • 1/2 lb sushi-grade raw octopus [​IMG]
    • 4 oz cream cheese sliced into strips [​IMG]
    • 1 avocado sliced [​IMG]
    • soy sauce [​IMG]
    • wasabi [​IMG]
    • Knife [​IMG]
    • Chopping Board [​IMG]
    • Place the seaweed on a bamboo mat, then cover the sheet of seaweed with an even layer of prepared sushi rice. Smooth gently with the rice paddle.
    • Layer octopus, cream cheese, and avocado on the rice, and roll it up tightly. Slice with a sharp knife, and enjoy with soy sauce and wasabi.

    Recipe name: Bearfoot and Blue Mushroom Quiche

    For pie crust:
    [​IMG] 2 cups all-pupose flour
    [​IMG] 1 cup unsalted butter (cold and cut into cubes)
    [​IMG] Salt
    [​IMG] 6 tablespoons cold water (holy for more blessings)

    For filling:
    [​IMG] 5 pieces cured, smoked bearfoot (ask your local butcher)
    [​IMG] 1/2 cup blue mushroom caps
    [​IMG] 6 large eggs, lightly beaten
    [​IMG] 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    [​IMG] 1&1/2 cups heavy cream
    [​IMG] Parsley (optional)
    [​IMG] Salt & [​IMG] pepper (to taste)

    Tools needed:
    [​IMG] Knife
    [​IMG] Pie pan (can be substituted with cast iron skillet)
    [​IMG] Frying pan
    [​IMG] Whisk
    [​IMG] Parchment paper
    [​IMG] Rolling pin (or wine bottle)

    Pie crust:
    1. Mix flour and salt in a large bowl
    2. Drop in cold cubes of butter, pinching it into the flour till well combined (should look like crumbs when done)
    3. Add water tablespoon by tablespoon till crumbles form into a ball of dough
    4. Wrap dough ball in plastic wrap and refridgerate for 30 minutes.
    5. Once rested, roll out into a 1/2 inch thickness, as large as the pie pan
    6. Gently lay on pie pan and cover with parchment paper
    7. Place either baking weights, rice[​IMG], or beans [​IMG] to weigh crust down and bake for 15minutes at 175c.

    1. Chop up bearfoot and mushrooms into cubes
    2. Saute with a little bit of oil till bearfoot fat is rendered and mushrooms release water
    3. Whisk eggs, salt, pepper, parmesan and heavy cream together
    4. Add sauteed bearfoot and mushrooms into egg mixture
    5. Add mixture into pie crust and bake for 25-30minutes at 175c
    6. Voila! Garnish with parsley and serve

    Recipe name: Quick & Easy Nutty Salted Caramel Cheesecake

    For cheesecake base:
    [​IMG] 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
    [​IMG] 1&1/2 cup butterscotch biscuits
    [​IMG] 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
    [​IMG] 1/4 teaspoon salt

    For cheesecake filling:
    [​IMG] 2&1/2 cups cream cheese, softened to room temperature
    [​IMG] 1/2 cup condensed milk
    [​IMG] 5 salted caramel candies from maira's candy shop
    [​IMG] 1 tablespoon gelatin
    [​IMG] 1 tablespoon warm water

    Tools needed:
    [​IMG] Food processor
    [​IMG] Springform pan
    [​IMG] Whisk
    [​IMG] Spatula
    [​IMG]Parchment paper

    For cheesecake base:
    1. Blend up biscuits, salt and nuts together in a food processor
    2. Add melted butter and stir till throughly coated
    3. Line springform pan with parchment paper
    4. Pour filling, pressing down till compact with hands
    5. Refridgerate for at least 15minutes

    Cheesecake filling:
    1. Pour condensed milk into softened cream cheese, whisking for 5-7minutes till light and fluffy
    2. Dissolve gelatin in warm water
    3. Add gelatin to mixture and continue whisking for 2minutes
    4. Add cream cheese mixture to biscuit base
    5. Heat up and melt salted caramel candies
    6. Drizzle caramel on top of cheesecake
    7. Place cheesecake into the frige for at least 3-4hours and serve!

    Tools Needed:

    1. Wash the mushrooms and chop them up using the knife [​IMG] and chopping board [​IMG]

    2. Sauté the mushrooms [​IMG]:
    Heat olive oil [​IMG] on medium-high heat in a 5-6 quart thick-bottomed pot. When the oil is hot, swirl in the butter [​IMG]. Once the butter has melted, add the mushrooms [​IMG], stir [​IMG] to coat with the olive oil and butter.Cook the mushrooms on medium-high heat until they are lightly browned and have released most of their water, about 10 minutes. Remove 1 cup of the cooked mushrooms from the pot [​IMG] and set aside (they will be added back in later).

    3.Add shallots [​IMG], garlic [​IMG]:
    Reduce heat to medium. Add the minced shallots and the garlic to the pot, stir to combine, cook for about a minute.

    4. Add salt [​IMG], tarragon [​IMG], stock [​IMG]:
    Add the salt, dried tarragon, and the stock to the pot. Increase the heat to medium-high, bring to a simmer, and cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

    5. Purée soup:
    Using an immersion blender [​IMG] or working in batches with a standing blender, purée the soup until smooth.
    Then return to the pot [​IMG]. (If the soup is too thick for you, add some water or more stock to thin the soup to the desired level of thickness.)

    6. Stir [​IMG] in cream [​IMG] and reserved mushrooms [​IMG]:
    Whisk the cream into the soup and add the black pepper [​IMG]. Adjust salt [​IMG] and pepper to taste. Stir in the reserved cooked mushrooms.

    1. Cook the rice and leave it in the fridge overnight to remove the moisture
    2. Take out overnight rice and heat up your frying pan
    3. Throw in the butter toasted squid to grease up your pan
    4. Crack in the egg and throw in the shrimp meat and fat sausage to cook
    5. Add the rice and start frying all the ingredients in the pan
    6. Add in the vegetables and seasoning (salt and pepper) at the end to taste
    7. Enjoy with friends!

    Then using [​IMG],fine chop some made-famous [​IMG] from GMAlex [​IMG]

    No frill no thrills..its a light,healthy meal ready for dinner then.

    Herbal Eggs

    • 12 eggs [​IMG]
    • 4 cups water [​IMG]
    • 6 tablespoon Soya Sauce [​IMG]
    • 1 Pack Of Herb Mix [​IMG]
    • 1 teaspoon sugar [​IMG]

    • Pot [​IMG]
    • Something to crack the egg [​IMG]


    1. Add [​IMG] to [​IMG] and gently drop in the [​IMG].(Make sure the water covers the eggs)

    2. Bring the water to boil on high heat for about 10 minutes or so to make sure the eggs are cooked.

    3. Transfer the hard-boiled eggs out of the hot boiling water and rinse them with cold water. Gently [​IMG]tap the eggshell to crack the shell till this [​IMG].

    4. Return the eggs to the water and add in remaining Ingredient[​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

    5. Bring the tea mixture to boil and immediately turn the heat to low.
    6. Simmer for 1 hour (the longer the simmering, the better the taste). Add more water if needed.

    7. Turn off the Heat, and leave the tea eggs in the mixture overnight to further develop the color and flavor.

    1. Head to Helios tower get get some State-held rice from Retz [​IMG]
    2. Next stop to Ludibrium tower to hunt some small eggs from Tweeter [​IMG]
    3. Head to the Aquarium to get some Shrimp Meat from Krip [​IMG]
    3. Pour some oil into the frying pan, heat up
    3. Place the cooked rice, shrimp and egg into the pan.
    4. Add some salt and pepper.
    5. Stir fry everything.
    6. Done, I clearly do not cook.
