i have the same problem and don't live in your time zone. very frustrating. hope the administration will fix that, otherwise they will lose players. I'm new here and i really liked the server, the server have big community but if it'll be continue I will leave the server.

It's better now, I can't join in crowd like pirate party quest (because of lagging), but I can go around, hit monster, take Item and doing normal quests. Thank you!
@alex I've been having the same problem for a while now, can you maybe look into that aswell? Usually happens between 11am and 1pm servertime.
