Items disappeared during transfer to storage

IGN: Velber

I tried to put 20 primal claws into storage to transfer to my other character, but the items disappeared instead of ending up in storage.

 

I farmed those later that night because i lost the previous ones. Before that, earlier during the same day, i farmed 20 claws using a double drop and those disappeared when i put them in storage
