I NPC'd a crappy HT neck that is no longer in my top 100 items to buy back, I currently have another HT neck in my inventory I want to sell so I can turn in my HT Necklace of Dreams, when I try to NPC the one in my inventory it says to buy back the other necklace first which I can't because it's not listed in my top 100 anymore plus I already have one in my inventory so it wouldn't let me buy it back anyway.. Nor do I want to toss the HT neck I currently have in my inventory which seems to be the only option.. even at that point I would have to continuously toss every HT neck to finish a lotto HT. Hopefully it's not still glitched after tmo's reset. (If the buy back store notice on HTP's worked as it says it does I wouldn't have this problem)
