Hey guys I found my solution to a problem generated from not entirely having a full screen. I switched to my brother's monitor that he gave me today. So, by: Right clicking on desktop, go to control panel, under display go to adjust desktop size and position on the left drop down option. On number 2 go to apply the following settings, scaling set to full screen checked, lastly perform scaling on GPU. This worked for me and it worked well, thanks!
