Just recently downloaded MapleSaga for windows 10.

Trying to run MapleSaga.exe and it does not work. I keep getting an error code that says "Failed in finding proper screen mode for Gr2D."

I followed all the threads I could find on the forums and the troubleshooting tips on the installation pages, but nothing seems to work.

Below is a screenshot of the compatibility settings just to be sure that I got everything right.

Can you try other compatibility modes or even try turning compatibility mode off?

I tried every single compatibility mode possible (Windows 8,7,XP, Vista, 98 / Me)

Also, I don't think I can turn it off.

If you're still having this problem, go back to MapleSaga.exe's Properties.

Check off Reduced Color Mode and Change the Compatibility to Windows 7.
Then go back to the General tab and check off "Read Only" which should be somewhere on the bottom.

This seems to apparently work for me whenever I have issues running.

This error pops up as a valid resolution isn't found for Maple to display at; you can fix this by adding 800x600
The way to do this with intel(r) graphics is to open the graphics control panel from the task bar in the bottom right.
Then you click on display > custom resolutions > add 800 x 600 at 60p then save
You should be able to run the game after that
