Character Name: Brago
Problem: error code : 38 (Reached the end of the file.)
Details: When I change maps (Taxi, portal, TP, etc) the game crashes, not everytime, but I got this problem 7 times only for level 1 to 30 today.

According to a post @alex made on a different thread

This may be hard to believe but the conclusion made among v62 private servers is that the newer your computer and operating system are, the more your v62 client will crash.

A few options that players go for:

They run a virtual machine with Windows 7 installed to play the game while raiding.

They run Bootcamp on a Mac computer with Windows 7 installed.

They purchase or re-use a weaker computer to play the game on (a player did this during Summer 2016, purchasing a weaker computer for $80).

Personally I would try changing your clients compatibility mode through preferences.

My comp is a Windows 10 ACER comp and I rarely ever crash unless in common maps such as Henesys or Kerning. (Or the FM, I dc often in the FM)
