Character Name: nd01 Problem: Did not receive fragments after finishing Neo PQ Details: After completing the neo pq, as I exited and returned to the Night Market, my client crashed. By the time I logged back on I saw that I had not received any fragments.
Yea it happened to me too, 3 times, only manage to get 1 fragment I pmed @alex in forum but he havent't reply yet. There is one way to avoid this as suggested by @LifeSummer which is: Try to relog/reclient before the last boss is killed This works for me for the moment. I am hoping we can reclaim the fragments as this is technical fault, not ours
