Cash card from chocolate/Susan?

Hi! on my 5th or 6th chocolate i got a 100 NX cash card or something but it wasn't stored in the cash shop when i checked. waited for 2 days already but to no avail ): did i miss out on something that the npc said, maybe a code?

The 100/250 nx cash cards from Susan go directly into your inventory. Check your ETC inventory to find them.

you can use it. just @tia in game or go to the free market to look for tia. there is an option to "redeem cash card".
