Can't receive password reset confirmation email

Greetings.

For the past weeks I have been trying to log-in on my old forums account (this is a temporary one I made just now) but since I forgot the password, I tried requesting the password reset confirmation email, but it has not arrived, not even after weeks of having requested it and no matter how many times I request it again.

sometime e-mail on the forum can be send to it.

 

I had such problem in the past, I marked the sender as safe and then the emails arrived normally, try that.
