Can I get white scrolls with Gachapon Tickets (Prime)?

Do Prime Gachapon Tickets still give you a chance of obtaining the white scroll?

which says only VIP Gachapon drops white scrolls. Not sure if this information is up to date, could you confirm? @alex

 

I can confirm that @Lucks speaks the truth. I have seen the rare prime white scroll with my own eyes.

Also, I think you should pm @alex personally to tell him that his library isn't up to date. Thank you for your service
