Bucc Disconnection every time barrage is used

Hi,

My friend's bucc dc's every time she uses barrage on a mob. Started after the 9/10 reset. My bucc's barrage works fine though. Strange that this glitch only pertains to her. Her ign is BabySeph.

Any help appreciated

We found out it was because of the nx weapon she was wearing.
