I've encountered a problem @ Korean Folk Town - Kong Ji - Rice Wine quest. for some reasons the quest doesn't have a lightbulb even though it's a repeatable quests. Is it just me?

You can try looking through the Tribunal. All White Scroll trades (through merchant or trade) are in there.
