Quest : Help Me Find My Glasses (bug?)

Hey, so I'm trying to do the quest in Nautilus to help the NPC dude find his glasses, I'm following the guide on how to get them (click on the bush under Bart) clicked a few hundred times & didn't receive the glasses, is this possibly bugged?
