unable to log onto one of my characters

I could log onto my other characters fine but i'm unable to log in to my main character "Luxray". The screen goes all black after selecting the character then it automatically takes me to my desktop with the message, "error code : -2147467261 (invalid pointer)

 

did you install new client? If not try it, i having same issue when i went to new Sleepywood PQ map while still using old client..after install i cna log in normally..

 

Thank you, its working now! I realized i forgot to install it after downloading the patch earlier HAHA
