There's probably a bunch of posts on this but I haven't found the solution to this yet. I keep trying to vote but it keeps saying that I already voted. However, I'm not getting anything and whenever I log, I get a notification to go vote online.

are you voting for multiple private server (that are also on gtop?) does any of your family member play together with you and uses the same internet to vote? every time you tried to vote, you need to wait at least 24h (to be safe) in order to vote again. if you tried i.e. 2pm and failed, then you tried again at 3pm, it is still no count. can you wait for 2 days (48 hours in total) not to vote and start voting again?
Yeah my brother plays as well. I actually finally got to vote for the first time yesterday though! Hopefully won't run into the same problem.
I've found that entering the Cash Shop and leaving sometimes will pop the reward message up. For some reason it doesn't always appear for me either. Did the cash shop thing multiple times and they kept popping up at all once.
The voting message will pop up in the following situation: 1. right after voting and you changed channel, or went to cash shop. 2. continue voting for a week without going online the character; let say u vote for 5 days and never online, the 6th day should have 5+1 pop up for the voting message. note that your brother also play the same server, i suppose the both of you using the same internet to vote which is not possible (either of the party will get the vote ONLY). what you can do is turn on your mobile data (make sure your wifi is off) and use safari/google chrome whatever to vote).
