I accidently purchased a 4 hour vip dungeon instead of buying the full day pass. There were no gm's online at the time to assist me. I ended up purchasing the full day anyways. Can i get a refund on the 4 hour dungeon pass in nx to go torwards a future day pass. Thanks.
You purchased the 4 hour Dungeon Pass on March 18th, 12:20PM server time. Then, after 4 hours with the previous pass expiring, you purchased a 1 Day Dungeon Pass on March 18th, 4:24PM server time. Saga is not responsible for your choice, considering you had no overlap between the two passes. Additionally, even if the original pass was mis-purchased, it is your responsibility to buy the items that you intend to use. I'm sorry, but we will not be recompensating for this.
