Resolved This is not a registered ID

hello, i have a problem.
My account was successfull created.
however, if i try to login to the game server , it says : This is not a registered ID.

my ign is: xSkyrimx.

I can not register cuz say I'm already registered and I can't log in cuz say the password is wrong but I know its not!!!!!!
