Not rewarded for inviting a friend who reached level 30/voting for Maplesaga

My friend joined Maplesaga using my invite link but neither of us got rewards when he reached level 30. I also voted for Maplesaga but got no maple points or the ticket. My ign is Jiglo. Thanks

 

I've encountered this problem as well. My IGN is ScrambleEggs and i used my friend's invite link and im now lvl 77 and still not receiving the freebies :\
