Hello, My friend just recently signed up and she has not gotten her confirmation email yet - and there's no way for her to contact you (contact us not working, and she can't login to the game yet either, but that's a separate issue). I had this same problem, no confirmation email, and contact us not working etc, so perhaps there is a problem with your mailserver? There's no forum account with the name Briza. They likely registered on our website but not on the forums. Please advise them to register on the forums separately. Also, for security reasons, it's best not to use the same account name in-game and on the forums.
