Resolved missing items/cash items

problem one:
Got an error after leaving BPQ – did not get any nx item upon completion!

problem two:
used to have a cow hat (cash shop) from BPQ but can't seem to find it in my cash shop now..? :-/

problem three:
similar to problem two, but it's 10 screws in my inventory :-/ not sure if it was sold or not tho LOL

 

You mean items in your inventory disappeared?

i thought i had 10 in my inventory which went missing – for this i'm not sure if it was sold, so it may be carelessness on my part!

as for the re: nx after bpq, i've got the screenshot of the error saying to contact the admin

and re: cow hat, defo gone from cash shop, not in other characters!

 

Weird, had no idea items can disappear just like that, that is very sad.

 

Hahaha not sure if i did something to them or server problem but either way I can do without
