Resolved Lost a item

I lost a Hat(Nine-Tailed Fox Mask), hope can refund it.
Today I cost my Free Ticket and got a Hat.
It has 255 slot.

I try to drop it to my I/L but it just gone.

It have no display "can't trade" or "This item can't be taken back once thrown away" on that Hat.
