Hi Alex, Not sure what problem this falls under, but yesterday (21st Sept 2017 estimate around 3-7pm (+8GMT)) i was doing 4Hrs VIP dungeon with a friend and as he was doing Genesis i was responsible for the looting. Now i've calculated that it takes me 12-15 seconds to do a full round of looting for 3 layers. The Chaos Scroll was located on the top level as i was finishing the bottom section, so by the time i finish bottom looting to the top it would've been no longer then 10 seconds. Right before i got to picking up the chaos scroll it disappeared right in front of my eyes. Is this normal for a scroll to only be up for 10 seconds? If you could please contact me in game that'd be great. I feel like this is some kind of technical glitch of some sort? You're welcome to check if what i say is what it is. I usually wouldn't matter over these kind of things but seeing as 1 chaos scroll is close to 40m i thought it's worth the extra effort. Thanks for your time. IGN=Loevess
