As titled, I can not log in to the game interface with my bishop account. i have key in the user and password and it lead me to the channel selection and the character selection, however, im not able to get into the game further. please help. It will either disconnect me from the server directly, or bring me to the user/password page. i am still able to use my other account.
@alex im able to log in now for some reason, but apparently ign: Minigame has a similar problem with me but it is rectified (?). i have a disconnection during HT raid and since then i have problem log in until 0010hours. my bishop ign is LifeSpring.
sorry for double post. i have this happened whenever i disconnected completely from the game. i have been playing fine for about 3 month until today's HT run when i disconnected with LifeSpring and LifeSummer. P.S. the problem still persist. sorry for wrong information on the previous post. please help me check on the matter. Thank you so much.
