I found that Building a New House For "Blackbull" quest is on the working list, But I'm now lvl77, but the i still can't do the quest, it didn't show up in my available list. And I've checked, I didn't finish it before and it isn't in the progress tab too. *Update: the next day(today), the quest showed up, so no more bug for me. thanks!
