Bought a single item in CS but it bought all equipped

Hi,

I was recently in the CS and the "buy equipped item" button didn't work. I decided to buy each item individually, however, when I was attempting to buy the first item (transparent hat) it ended up buying all equipped items including a second transparent hat.I was just wondering if I could get refunded the 340nx for the second transparent hat it purchased.

Edit: It always says unknown error has occurred when trying to purchase an item too.

Any additional information is greatly appreciated!
