I was hunting chaos scrolls at Dark cornians and had collected about 7-8 chaos scrolls. However, when another CS dropped and i picked it up, there was only 1 chaos scroll found in my inventory. I have no idea where the others went and I'm positive that I hadn't accidentally dropped it.
